tonight,when turning the night lights off in my aquarium I noticed that one of my catfish has something white on his back(end part) ,I took him out to inspect and ,I can't describe it anyhow,a bruise,a rash? It looked like a tear,a triangle was white and then you could see some scales going over it,but barely holding on,it' s is from both sides..
It' s a Hoplo catfish. Half of it's tail was bitten off when it was living with my turtles (yes,i know,smart idea.) ,but I didn't notice this sort of scar back then!
Now it lives in a 15 gallon tank with another Hoplo ,very friendly together.
I'm sorry,I don' t have a camera,but if it helps,I tried drawing how it looks like,just so you could get the idea....(this isn't my fish)
It is only in one spot,not around his body.
Is this some sort of sickness or could it be just a scar?
