Catfish Problem

Hey all, last night i noticed my balck lancers stomach was quite swollen and had patches of white all over it's body (mostly on the swollen parts). I put it in another tank straight away and thankfully it survived the night but i have no idea what to do with it now, in terms of medication. If anybody has any expirience with similar problem, it would help me a great deal

Can the fish maintain it's balance in the water, do scales stick out like a pinecomb, also you could try a shelled pea and some daphnia to make sure it isn't constipation, also the white patches on the belly sound like columnaris to me, can you issolate the fish to a hospital tank.
