Catfish compatability

Can some1 give me a list of different sorts of catfish which are compatable with a male betta? and if they need to be in groups or not. The bigger the list the better. Thx

I would say a Bristlenose catfish can go with it but thats all i can think of, alo of them would just kill the betta, i hope someone else knows.

Tonnes of catfish are suitable with bettas, such as cories and otos. It is more important to know the size of your tank.

Well, you can find them in planet catfish's cat-elog, so yeah, i guess it is.

Yep, they are amoured catfish.

They are fine with bettas, I set up a friend's tank with a betta and two cories and at first the betta flared at the cories but after a few weeks the cories are happily swimming in and out of the betta's fins and he doesn't mind

in regards to my tank size its a 2 foot tank... its going to have a divider for 2 bettas... but it just seems like a big tank for two little fish, just want them to have some friends. hehe
P.S are albino catfish alrite?

I don't see why not. I have two catfish in with my betta, both cories, but different kinds. The betta doesn't even bother them, just looks at them like: and and ... doesn't seem to know what to make of them when they swim on him. It's too funny

I don't have a betta in with my pictus but I do have fancy guppies in with him, and he doesn't bother them (though he eats smaller feeder guppies) If you get a pictus though just realize if it gets big enough it might try something on the betta, and some pictus are wierd, mine doesn't bother my cories but the ones at the fish store tried to kill every cory in their tank....

If they are albino corydoras, yes, they should be fine. Any other type of corydoras would work aswell.
