Catalina Solar T5 Ho - 2 X 39W Or Aquaticlife Fixture?

I might be getting the 36 inch Catalina Solar T5 HO - 2 X 39W for my new planted 40 gallon freshwater tank.

Can anyone recommend the 2 combination bulbs I should be using? I think Catalina let's me choose the bulbs that will come with the fixture.


How is Catalina fixture compared to AquaticLife fixture?
