I’ve found I have at least 3 fry mollies in my tank (I could see the female molly was looking pretty large).
Any care advice for the little ones? Food suggestions, etc? Different water change cycles/etc?

apparently I also have baby shrimp… anything I should think about with them?

I like to put the baby fish in a breeding net. These are made from a plastic frame and have a fine mesh over them. The net hangs on the inside of the tank.

The baby shrimp can stay in the tank. Have lots of live plants for them to hide in.

Feed the baby fish on a powder fry food, available from pet shops. If you can't get any, crush up some normal fish flakes into a powder and feed the babies 3-5 times a day. But don't put too much food in when feeding otherwise it sinks to the bottom and pollutes the tank.

The baby fish will do well if they are given newly hatched brineshrimp. These are hatched from dry brineshrimp eggs put in salt water. Microworms are another food you can give the babies.

More information on culturing live food for fish can be found at the following link.
