on a more serious note, can someone please advise how i get pics like that? hope you dont mind Liam (maybe you can advise me)

in my Community fish tank the fish are always moving and everytime it comes out blurred, i find it easier in my cichlid tanks because the fish have moments of just being completely still

how do you take a picture of a moving fish without it being blurred?
