Cardinal Tetras

Just a quick one, my Cardinals are display some strange behaviour. The keep swimming up/in to the glass of the tank as if they are trying to escape, is this normal or are they a bit mental?
Also are the females a bit fatter around the belly as one of them has an enlarged belly and I was wondering if that was the reason.

Can I just ask.. If your tank is mirrored inside because my silver tipped tetras keep trying to shoal with their reflection and hitting the side haha but they soon are ok

Yes it is mirrored, I never thought of that.

Bit old i knw... but sometimes I found fish general do this is they are enjoying the current (if there is one) hitting the side walls of the tank. Like mine.
