Cardinal Tetras

How big does cardinal tetras grow, and in which numbers should i keep them?

Not too sure on the size (about 2 inches I think, I have had some since Xmas and they are about 1 - 1 1/2 inches) but they are best kept in groups of 6 or more. I have 10. IME they only shoal when they feel threatened (waterchanges, feeding time when all the fish are swimming about) otherwise they swim on their own quite a lot.

They'll get to 2 inches. They should be kept in groups more than 5.
