Cardinal Tetra Cut Lip?

in my 10g i have tetras, and one of my cardinals lip seems to be hanging. It doesn't look good at all, but he has had this for a while, I just never remembered to post it.
It looks ugly, but he seems to be doing great.

Any idea how this could of happened?

Do you mean the mouth is just hanging open, can he feed, sound like he has dislocated his jaw, if he can't eat sadly i would put him down, sorry.

yea, his mouth is hanging open. but he can still eat.

When fish swim around with an open mouth it can mean something is stuck in the mouth, or they have a sore or ulcer in the top of the mouth, just keep an eye on him, good luck.
