Hi all,
Just had to tell you all of my good luck, I was strolling around the local car boot sale on Sunday morning and found all this.

48 x 24 x 24 tank
36 x 15 x 15 tank
24 x 15 x 12 tank

plus a large box of odds and ends, filters heaters tube, fittings, lights etc.

All the lot for £50

Yip-Yo. :D :D :D :D

Great find! That's even better than the 55 gallon I once found on the side of the road.

Just to be sure, the "car boot sale" we are talking about would translate into "car trunk sale" in the US, right? :*)

Yeah, I think you also call them 'swap meets' or something like that.
A load of people who set up stalls in a field or car-park to sell all their household junk from the boot (trunk) of their car. Sometimes amazing bargains to be had as quintessential found out!

thats really cool! I'm actually doing a car boot this sunday...I will have to keep an eye out for tanks...I could spend my profits on one if I got lucky!

48 x 24 x 24 tank is 110 us gallons? because the width of a 55 is 12 inches, thats double the width.

WOW what a bargain!!!
how many heaters did you get, if there's 1 spare i'm looking for a heater ;) if you have tell me how much you what for it
