Cant Figure Out Whats Happened To My Koi

Last week one of my koi lost part of her tail, it looked like it had been cut off with scissors! it was a straight cut, the same with her dorsal fin, right down so the bone was sticking out. I immediately transferred her to a hospital tank where the fins healed quickly without any problems, no fungus appeared or anything. Last night I put her back in the 400l tank but this morning her tail is all ragged and redness on her dorsal fin? The hospital tank has been set up again and I will put her back in again. Just cannot figure out what caused the damage? wondering if its one of the other koi (all small) the blind goldfish or weatherloach?

Figured it, its one of the other fish has started sucking on the others fins

Thats a shame. I would remove the one thats doing the nipping before it starts on the others.

Koi has been removed now, one of my neighbours has taken it for me trouble is their pond is smaller than my tank
