You have to have a certain post count to PM... not sure how much but im sure a mod will tell you soon enough

Its either 10 or 25 posts until you can pm.

New members do not have access to the PM syatem until they accumulate 10 posts.

Starting this topic was your 4th post, and you now have 13 posts, so the private messaging system should now be active for you.

If not, let me know and I'll get it fixed for you.
