hello i am new to this forum and i just have to ask a question ---i have three fish-two are a really pretty white and one is a really bright orange and they all have from 2 to 4 little dots on there bottom fins. i have them in a tank with silver dollars and oscars but i forgot to ask when i bought them--can anyone tell me what kind they are--ohh and the white ones turn kind of purplish tint when the tank is dark....please help me

Where did you buy these fish? You most likely have cichlids if they are really bright. If orange fish is solid orange with a few spots on the anal fin then it's probably a red zebra. If you bought from some place like petsmart it's a good chance that's what it is. The white one... I've seen the snowwhite cichlids at petsmart and albino snowflake cichlids at petsmart. If this is indeed what you have, you picked some aggressive fish.
