I'm not really sure where to post this but I have 1 oto and 2 hill stream loaches (butterfly plecs), the algae in my tank is running a little low (and I like it that way, which is why i bought the algae eaters) so I was just wondering whether I can feed the loaches and oto seaweed?

If not what else can I feed? Veg at the bottom doesn't work, they just ignore it so i would like something i can clip to the side.

ANy suggestions??

Thanks :good:

try spinach leaves or partially boiled pumpkin or zuchini. Seaweed can be fed as well. You can buy it from health food stores.

Surely seaweed would be too.....well......salty? I dunno I don't know much about different types of seaweed

Do you mean seaweed off the beach or "seaweed" in the shops? Either way both are probably salty.

I meant seaweed in the shops but maybe i'll try spinach then... thanks!
