Please could someone identify these tiny bugs all over my aquarium plants?

They're moving I assume not eggs

Many thanks

Looks to be ramshorn snails and maybe a pond/bladder snail. Completely harmless unless you feed too much.
I like them lol

those are ramshorn snails, and they are pretty small. under the right conditions they will grow large
personally I like ramshorns as the best pest snail because they scrape diatoms more than bladder, pond, and mts.
but mts have a special use in the sand.

There are several species of ramshorn, some grow to only a few mm (a fraction of an inch) while others grow large. I have the tiny ones in my tank, I've never seen one over 3 mm (1/10 inch) across.

Pest snails.
There is no pest snail. I absolute don't like this naming. It gives a completely wrong impression. All snails all have function for the biology of the tank and if they get out of hand it normally means there is too much food available and one should eliminate the cause of this.

Especially ramshorn snails are one of the most useful species for us. They even feed on cyanobacteria.
