Can Someone Build Me A Stand?

I'm looking to get a fish tank the following size:

Length 40"
Width 18"
Depth 28"

And I want a nice looking oak cabinet built to put my fish tank on with the following dimensions:

Length 40"
Width 18"
Depth 30"

Is there anyone on here who could build this for me? Please PM me if you can, thank you very much.

It might help your case if you say where you are from. My partner is a chippie and has made many a fish tank stand,but with materials and time....it costs a fair bit! (He has only made stands for our tanks)

I'm in Leicestershire about 83 miles from North London. I don't care where anyone is from as I'd come and collect it if delivery was a problem.
