Can Silver Dollars Live Healthily On A Strict Herbivorous Diet?

Hey folks,
Can Silver Dollars live healthily on a strict Herbivorous diet? Or would they too need some form of non-veg diet? I am a vegetarian and am looking for some fishes which can survive on a strict herbivorous diet. Any suggestions?

Lol, well I suppose they could.

They are listed as herbivorous critters! but as with most fish, they will take meat. should have no problem on a veggi diet.

I expect in the wild, they eat a lot of vegetable matter, but I doubt there are any truly 100% vegetarian fish. I would expect the process of eating plants would have a side catch of small animals, crustacea etc. which would provide trace nutrients not available in a plant diet.
