Can my betta go in my 30g?

So...i have a 30 us gallon planted aquarium with neon rainbows, couple of zebra danios, a school of cories, and a pleco. I was wondering if i could put a male betta in with them?

I feel so sorry for it living alone in a fish bowl that i saved from my sister's desire not to care for it anymore.

you couldn't put him in there because the zebra danios are fin nippers and will destroy his tail so |I wouldn't

Hmm ok, would it get along with the rainbows but not the danios?

Depends on the personalities of all the fish... If you have a PARTICULARLY friendly betta, and PARTICULARLY non-nippy danios, it's possible... But there are a lot of 'particular's there, so I'd be very weary about it.

It is in a bettas nature to be alone, they rarely enjoy company. Out of the 6 males I've had, I've only had 1 that seemed happier in a community tank. females however are another story.
