Dont worry about Light requirements for you LR any lighting would be fine

A lot of Soft corals prefer low lighting levels, Muchies, Polyps etc

What power are the lights you are using ?

i think they are 30w does that sound right i will have a look in the morning but i am to tired to take the lid of the tank lol

Sounds like the most common power compact lighting. Other corals that could work are star or zoanthid polyps and mushrooms already mentioned, maybe leather corals.

When you say "they" theres more than one then? How many do you have?

Yeah, how many tubes, what wattage are they each, and what length are they? Can figure out what kind they are with that info :)

Sound like normal output T12's to me. I assume they're 3-4 centimeters in diameter. If that is the case, you're pretty much limited to softies, mushrooms and zoos

cheers for the info guys i shall be checking my tank perimeters and hopefully going to get some softies more then likely mushrooms
