Can I Set Up A Shrimp Tank

Is there any way i can set up a small goldfish bowl and plant it out and keep shrimps in it and possibly snails

What kind of shrimp?

a wood shrimp is very different from say a cherry red or a freshwater prawn

I was hoping for some information on general shrimp and are there any coldwater ones

A couple of Cherries or Amanos would probably do alright in an unheated bowl. Over a gallon would be important and even more important is good filtration.

you can get cheap systemised like 5 gallon ones , that sounds like it could work

you could pick up a systemised tank like 5 gal cheap, but what would you feed them? normal flake? alge wafers?

They eat anything including lots of algea. I feed mine algea pellets and micropellets and they eat both.
