Fish Fanatic
Hi all
My tank is a 55 gallon community setup- 48L x 18H x 15W.
Tank has been established for over a year
I have 2 hang-on biowheel filters
Temp is constant 77F
Plenty of plastic plants in the corners and back of tank with open room in middle for swimming
Partial surface coverage with floating plastic plants and black gravel as my substrate
Ph is 7.4
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 5-10
Hard Florida water
I perform a 10% water change twice a week
I feed my fish once a day as follows
-Frozen bloodworms, daphnia and brine shrimp
-Flake, pellet and algae wafers
-Cucumbers and Zucchini... I always change the menu daily
My current stock is as follows. All inhabitants are roughly 1-2 years old
-19 black neon tetras
-18 cardinal tetras
-11 golden pristella tetras
-4 albino corydoras
-2 spotted silver dollars
-1 betta
-1 albino pleco
-1 raphael catfish
I will be moving the catfish to another tank soon
Can I safely add more fish and if so what would you all recommend?
I was thinking about adding 10 more cardinals
Thanks all
