my cal is 460,kh 11-12 (forgot what is was),nitrate 5,nitrite 0 and ammonia 0

You should be able to keep the Hammer the Elegance only requires moderate lighting, but I don't think I would keep one under only two t5

well most lps corals like plate corals say moderate lighting

The Cataphylia would be fine but be warned these are very large corals and grow quiet quickly
