No, I do not think this is a good idea. Rams are little fish. Oscars and arowanas grow into great big fish., Big fish eat little fish. But if this is in your 10 gallon tank, then this is going to be the least of your problems.

oscars need atleast 75G by themselves and 120G or more per pair
Arowana get very large. Jardini, the smallest need atleast 220G to 250G and the other species need much more.
Some may think i overestimate tank sizes for these guys... but I'd rather have a happy uncrowded tank then take a chance in near overstocking and then a plague runs through my tank destroys my fish.
