i finally got my 5.5 gallon set up in my dorm room and went to a lfs last night. they had kuhli loaches, which i've been wanting for some time.
is it feasible to put some in my tank? there is driftwood and different types of plants (one moss ball).
otherwise, does anyone have any other suggestions? i've asked for suggestions before but not many replied...

i could post some pictures if someone tells me how
thanks

baby khulies are a maybe but adults,
no way the tank is too small.

it's gravel, but it is pretty smooth. kuhlies aren't that big (more so in length than anything else) so i thought maybe they could. especially since they kinda hide a lot during the day.

10 gallons minimum I would say and do sand if possible. Gravel, even smooth gravel can be rough on their skin and worse, if the gravel falls on them they might get trapped and die.
