can i add another polypterus

My local shop has got some ornate bichirs (polypterus ornatipinnis) in and they are only £12.50 now that is cheap but i have a question:

Could i add it to the tank with my other two polypterus (senegalus) even though he is smaller?

You could but i wouldnt advise it, ornatipinnis are one of the largest polypterus species and will get to 18" within as many months and up to 2 foot when full grown. IMHO a 4 foot tank isnt big enough for these large predators which become very active at night, i wouldnt think of getting one without having a 5x2x2 tank minimum.
