can baby guppys survive in a normal fish tank bowl that has no pump or heater, cos my babys keep getting attack by the other fish?

Babies need a tank not a bowl. Bowls don't have heaters or filtration and guppy fry definately need both. They should be raised separately from the main tank so that they can be assured of getting enough food. Bowls aren't good for any fish but can sometimes work for bettas because they can breathe atmospheric oxygen.

What's with the "20 bucks" on top? What happened there.

Guppymonkey knew what you were saying. (Unless of course, something's wrong, which there is, and a few posts are missing) However, fish bowls don't have aeration or filtration, and fish really need that. I've tried keeping danio fry I bowls, and they don't to well. You have to get at least a 5-10 gallon tank with a heater and filtration and do frequent water changes. That's the best way to save the fry.

tempestuousfury is right, I did know it was a fish bowl. Fish bowl are almost completely useless. They have no filtration and no heater. The water temperature fluctuates with the air temperature and the water gets contaminated very quickly. Fry need at least a 5 gallon tank to thrive. The more room the fry have the better they will do.
