Can Anyone Re-size Gif's?

I've used GIFworks. http/www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifworks.p...m=transfer_open

Best past is it's a totally online tool; no software to install. Browse for your file & upload it, select resize under the edit dropdown menu, and enter your new pixel height and width, then just right-click and save your new gif.

Con is though that they have a 400K file size limit.

I agree with Wendywc go with Gifworks as it is online no downloads and no signing up either
