Can Anyone Point Me Towards Some Moonlights?

I have an 18" tank with 42 watts of T5 lighting. Ive got enough space for either a T8 moonlight bulb or some sorta LEDs. Can anyone show me some lights that are available IN THE UK lol

PS how long should moonlights be on for...? My normal lights come on at 10am and go off at 10pm so i was thinking for the moonlights to come on at 10.30 pm and coem off at 9.30am,which gives the fish chance to wake up
