Can Anyone Identify This Plant?

I got this plant a few days ago at my LFS, they didnt know what it was because all that work there are pimple nosed college kids. I thought i would take a chance and it seems to really like my 10gal tank. I would just like to know what it is so i can better care for it and also for the peace of mind of knowing what it is.

Any Ideas?

Non-aquatic.

Pretty plant though. I had one in my tank when I started out. It lasted two months before giving up completely.
