Can Anyone Identify This Cory?

The LFS labeled this little guy a Blue Cory Cat, but he doesnt look like any Blue Cory Cat I can find on the net.

Looks like a peppered cory to me

I thought so too, but right where the dorsal fin ends, it stops being spotted and looks like a solid blue aluminum color
