I ended up with a bunch of fry about two months ago. Read somewhere they would like shrimp. Well not being the brightest bulb in the fish tank - I bought some. When I took a look at the contents I knew I had goofed. The shrimp is small but looked too big for those little fry.
Fast forward (after hours and hours and hours of reading - not about this baby shrimp but new guy fish stuff) I feel that my fish would/do like variety (I give them a little bit of freeze dried blood worms and they love it).
This is Tetra BabyShrimp “Sun Dried Treat” it is smallish but has the shell (which is softish). I did not real the label when I got it at WallyWorld it was the only thing they had that was shrimp.
My fish
55 Gallon
1 4 inch Rainbow Shark - male (seems to only like algae)
2 Rosy Barbs (male)
1 Pl*co about 4 inch
I have three LyreTail Mollies in other tanks
Can any of my 7 fish eat this without hurting them? I guess I am only worried about the shells - soft but. The mfg claims good roughage. “This treat is ideal for all large ornamental fish” well ok ...... but .... but
Thanks
Ron
