On Sunday I had two fish suddenly die...1 albino cory and 1 sunburst platy. My remaining albino cory seems depressed. Since then, she's been finding at the back of the tank. I've seen her swim a little but she always returns to the same spot. She isn't interacting with any of the other fish. I'm not even sure if she's eaten anything. The other fish swarm for the food but she just sits.

She shares a 16gal tank with 2 peppered corys, 5 glowlight tetras, and 2 sunburst platies.

I think the deaths were just a freak coincidence. Water parameters tested fine before and after it happened and I do weekly water changes and vac. All the other fish are acting like normal.

When I found the platy, I watched his friend nudge him twice. I've never seen a fish do that. It broke my heart. :-(

So, can my fish be depressed? I'm planning on replacing it this weekend. I just wanted to make sure nothing else happened.

Thanks.

It may be because the cory needs to be in among a group of corys. If you get extra albino corys it may will probably revert back to normal behaviour.
