pleco breed, i just wanted to know what the chances are i got it at 1hlaf inches and now they are 5 inches each in 3 mths boy tdo they grow fast

They are normally bred in large ponds - they burrow into the mud banks to make a cave to spawn in...

They will need a huge tank if you want to try (or just keep them) they will get to 12" + in a very short space of time.
What tank have you got them in?

i got them in 90 gallon
im not interested just hear from these posts that bn breed so easily i was just wondering if they do or not

commons (and most other large plecs) are not easy.

Given a large enough environment and they would be the same as other smaller plecs.

Just be careful as they grow though, although commons are often painted as one of the most peaceful plecos out there, they have been known to become territorial towards each other as they mature (this happened with my common plecos, in the end i had to separate them permanently by putting them in separate tanks).
