Camallanus Worms And Snails/Frogs

hello there, I have a case of camallanus worms in my fish tank right now. I'm going to get the medication, but I have two questions first before I medicate:
1) can african dwarf frogs be infected?
2) is this medicine going to kill my snail and/or frog? (should I remove them while medicating?)

I dont know about frogs so wait for someone else to reply but yes if it contains traces of metals it will kill your snail.
