alright, its a new year im gonna take it and make something great out of myself. there's so much i want to do and im feeling positive :)

i want to get fit, so i will automatically open myself up to a number of jobs in the armed forces and make it easier for myself this year i would love to join the RAF i've always had an interest for the air force :) (well id also love to be part of a tank crew in the army, always dreamed of that hmm decisions decisions) always wanted to play a part in the armed forces, so i want to start by getting fit and staying motivated but anyway back on topic

to all the ex smokers on this forum, what made you want to stop, and how did you go about it, did you find it easy or was it hard, go ahead and tell me your story :) i want to know how you found it then i can let you know how im finding it :)

i found it quite easy to quit, my mindset was determined by the fact i had to be resuscitated after having my first asthma attack, it frightened me so much i never touched a fag again.............drastic i know but it worked

woah, yes drastic but i guess it worked, okay this isnt as hard as i thought it would be :) its been a day when i woke up in the morning i thought that would be the hardest part, fighting with my thoughts of should i or shouldnt i, but i didnt even think about it :) then my friend came over he wants to quit too so we stupidly had one last fag together and then thats it :) its only the first day but its been a lot easier than i thought it would :)

Me and my friends planned to quit smoking onwards this new year starts. I don't feel that much hard to quit smoking. Don't think about smoking and do some thing else at smoking time.
