He's a good 3-4 inches and is green with blue speckles on him....He is very aggresive and uh I got him in the colorado river, arizona, USA while scuba diving and shows up as no native fish.....then i read that a batch of cichlids were released there and they bred with the native bass? Could this be a new species of hybrid bass X cichlid? -_-

It sort of resembles a 'Warmouth',some people call it a 'goggle eye'. It's a hybrid cross between a bass and a bluegill. They're rather tasty. :hey:

*crushes crackers for breading, wisks eggs, heats up pan.....melts butter*

*drools* :hyper:

hehe, ya but no i dont think ill eat my pet?!!! He is not a blue gill though....theyb have a larger belly I thought it was a green sunfish or somekind of bass before I heard about the hybrid cichlids......I think those cichlids that breed with the bass were called banded cichlids?

I found out the name of that fish and its a

GREEN SUNFISH
