Yay! :hyper: Noticed about 4-5 eggs all in the vallis.. i think the shrimp got to them before I noticed. 2 days later and all the eggs were gone... thought the shrimp had eaten them.

but this morning i saw a baby! :hyper: They look like tadpoles.

Hopefully they will continue to spawn.

Oooh that's groovy! :D

Slightly off your topic...how easy are these little cories to look after? Anything I should know in particular before I get some for a nice cube tank?

very easy tbh... provide a broad leaf plant for them (amazon swords are perfect) and they'll never get off it! Eat anything and everything, too.... :good:

I prefer the look of c. Hastatus though...

Congrats matey :D :D

I love all dwarf corys (Habrosus/Pygmaeus/Hastatus). I bet they are super super cute

I have been enjoying both my hastatus and my habrosus. I don't have any of the pygmaeus. As you say, they will perch on plant leaves, even on fake silk plants. I find the hastatus a little shyer than the yhabrosus but it may be because I have them in a species only tank. They are the focus of my present breeding attempt so I am much more aware of their habits than the other cories that I keep.
