The seller I bought from had a 96% feedback. Never again.

Well, it was a $5 purchase, so not really worth opening a claim. Feedback is definitely inflated on ebay; I won't buy from a seller again unless they're at least 98% positive. It usually isn't hard to find ones with lots of sales and 100% positive. The only reason I took a chance on this one is there was a very specific plant I wanted, and no one else had it.

Oh well. I found a seller on etsy that has it, and it should be on the way. We'll see.
