Buying Fish From Ebay?!?

So today I browsed eBay for a while and have seen some lovely fish which aren't in my LFS.

Now the thing is I was wondering what sellers do you guys use/trust or can recommend?

Just to see what stock each seller has in!

I personally never would buy a fish from ebay. Its not so safe and you never get exactly what you wanted in terms of the quality in the fish. I recommend you use http/www.aquabid.com/
They are far more trustworthy when it comes to buying fish from a person as long as you look at their comments and whatnot of course. They also organize the site fairly well. I do recommend you use ebay to buy plants. I bought some marimo moss balls extremely cheap. 5 of them for only 8 dollars!

I just bought some fish (Pygmy Corys) on Ebay from Kresgrave Tropicals (or Kesgrave) and I cannot speak more highly of them. Fish arrived quickly, packaged well and in great condition

A fair few members have bought off bay, including myself and have been more than happy with the service and the fish.

It seems there are 2 sellers who get good reviews, ste12000 and kesgrave tropicals. If you do an advanced search and search for those 2 named sellers you'll be able to see what fish they currently have for sale but they're both helpful and will help if you're looking for something in particular.
Always check the feedback on any seller you think about buying from as there are some dodgy sellers who don't care about the quality of the fish they're selling and always quarantine any fish you get for a couple of weeks before adding them to your tank

I was unhappy with the fish I got from Kesgrave. The fish i recieved weren't as described, and he only offered me £6 store credit for his mistake.
He also said that they were super quality, when he admitted over email that he didn't know what quality the colour strains were, then said "you probably got one of the worse ones we had"... gee thanks.

So, kesgrave is fast, his fish arrive healthy, but I don't like him now, and will be taking my money elsewhere.

Is there an aquabid for the uk??
