Bump/bubble on my Betta

My betta has two lumps/bubbles that are growing on his fin. This is the first time I have noticed them but they seem to be pretty large (the one picture is the small one). Does anyone have any idea what this is or what it could be? (He is acting normal and eating normally)

they also seem to deflate and re-inflate like a popped balloon when he swims around

Can you post some more pictures of him so we can clearly see the bubbles?

How long has the tank been set up for?
How long have you had the fish for?
How long has the fish had the bubbles for?
Have you added anything new to the tank in the 2 weeks before this started?
What is the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the water?

I’ve had him for a year. I’ve had the tank since I got him but I’ve moved twice and he’s come with me so his tank was newly set up again about a month ago. I just noticed the bubbles today and I don’t think he has had them more than a few days (if that). His tank is on my desk so I watch him pretty often and never noticed the bubbles (until today). I haven’t added anything out of the ordinary (other than his normal water change) in the past 2 weeks. I’m not sure what the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate or ph of the water is. When I do his water changes I use the Aquasafe water conditioner. The only thing I have noticed that he tends to do a lot is rest under the water filter so the top of his fins suck up towards the filter but it doesn’t look like they get stuck so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it.
