bumblebee shrimp

Anyone got any care info for these? I wanted some shrimps and was going to get amano shrimps but I saw some bumblebee shrimps and they amused me...specifically I'd like to know size, temperament, diet + how senstive they are. thankyou!

Edit: PS - where did you see them, was it anywhere local? Only place I know is Trimar..... and you have to buy a lot of shrimps to justify the £10 shipping fee....
