They are sooo cute.

So got 1 today.

Are they akin to the habits of Banjos or will they Be out in the open.
 
Which species is it? I presume you have the most commonly seen species Microglanis iheringi, these are a strictly nocturnal shy species which in a well furnished aquarium will rarely be seen.
 
I think they are the more common 1's. Yhey have cream and brown striping and theyhave the same shape as the Banjo's.
 
Bumblebee catfish arent usually shaped anything like banjo catfish :unsure: I suggest going over to planet catfish and having a look through the cat e log to see which fish you have.
 
You BEST check up on this fish; I know of 2 species called "blumblebee catfish," and they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from one another . . .

As you can see, these two are not related at all! Check up on what you have!
