Bubbles Per Second?

I just set up my pressurized CO2 but how many bubbles per second do I want for my 72 Bow to get 30ppm CO2? I have about 3.67 watts per gallon light FYI.

hi, first of all you need a ph and kh test kits, there are charts on the internet which you can refer too with your results and they tell you if you have enough co2 also this link is worth a read http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=166462

It's impossible to give BPS for an individual tank. Firstly bubble sizes vary from counter to counter, then there's all the other variables (planting etc.)

I'd start at 2 BPS and work from there using the table. These aren't very accurate but are a good guide to start.

With that much light and CO2 you'll obviously need plenty of other nutrients. You'll soon know if you have it all working out because you'll get loads of pearling.
