Bubbles and plant Q

I just finished filling my new 55 gallon tank and now i have a whole ton of bubbles on the inside. I scraped the front and sides off with an algae scraper. Is there supposed to be lots of bubbles? Every other tank i set up i dont recall it being like this. Also i have a fake plant that is being covered with gravel dust even though i rinsed it. Will this come off by itself or do i have to take it out and clean it.

The bubbles are because the water is supersaturated with O2. it shoudl lose the bubbles over time.

As for the dust, how many times did you clean the gravel? How is the dust stuck to the plant?
