Bubble clump on glass

Hey guys,

I have a 20 gallon freshwater shrimp tank, 2 loaches, and a minor limpet problem. Noticed these bubble clumps on the glass (see attached), any ideas as to what it is? Limpet nest?? I’m not sure. Thank you!

Looks like snail eggs to me, so I’d expect they are Limpet eggs???

Not limpet eggs. I have no idea what it is, but I've got tons of limpets, they don't lay eggs like that.

That amber colored skin around the outer edge looks like snail eggs to me and something happened to them . Those shrimp did something . Spit balling here . . .
