Brown area on head

Domino has a strange brown coloured patch above his head, looks like maybe some scales have come off!

What do I do?!?!?

hm... mine get discolored on the tops of their heads if they are at the surface for a long time.. im not sure why.. has he been at the top getting air a lot lately ?

It doesn't look like the scales are gone. Might be a bacterial infection starting. Keep an eye on it. Change the water often.
