The last couple of days ive noticed my bronze cory has become quite fat and doesnt seem to be moving as much.

Could anyone help?

There prone to bacterial problems, try some shelled peas to clear him through, boil peas for a few minutes, let cool down, pop out of shell, mush between fingers and add to the tank, can you issolate the sick cory.

What do the barbels look like.

cant isolate him, just been doin some research and apparently the females are fatter. could be that or it could possibly be cos ive fed him every day with a sinking tablet he/she might be stodged gunna give him a day to relax n let him/her forrage when hes hungry.

Yes they are fatter but if they look bloated it can mean a number of things, get some frozen foods and veg into there diet, good luck.

Are these the TetraTabiMin tablets or similar size (i.e. a tablet not a pellet). In that case, he is probably feeling a bit full: I find one tablet a day is about enough for my four cories. Try him on a pea, then a fasting day a week. For future reference, if it is those tablets they are easy to break into bits.

Try posting a pic of it in the catfish section. It may just be a gravid female. I know mine always seem to grow huge and quite down a few days before they start spawning. Also, tryputting out all lights and watching it to see if it then comes out.
