Hi gang
I have 4 Bronze Corys in my 22 (UK) Gallons at the moment. Plenty places to hide and they love the flake and tablet foods. All were healthy until this morning. When a tablet drops in, the 4 of them take it on. This morning, only 3 did. I eventually found the 4th cory. Its tail has almost disappeared and there is a white ring / growth around this left eye.

My water stats are perfect, and all other fish (inc the other 3 corys) are as happy as larry.

Any ideas whats wrong with the one Cory and a possible solution?

Poor thing! You have any pics of the damage/problems? Bacterial infections can show themselves in very short spaces of time but to have most of thew tail go missing seems way too sudden by any standards. Sure they haven't been picked on?
As for the white ring. :dunno: Can you give a description? Sounds like an infection but I'm no expert . I've never kept cories. Hope someone more knowledgable can help.
Hugs,
P.

Did the white ring look fluffy/cottony in appearance at all? Did the corys eye look cloudy at all? What is the temp in your tank?
Can you post us your recent ammonia, nitrite and nitrate stats to us just for us to make sure there aern't any issues in your water quality please?
