Broken tank

Hi there, i am new on here and keeping fish i need some advice on my tank its 36lx15wx15h the bottom of the tank has cracked the full length is it best to cut the bottom off and replace or try and put a new peice in on top of old plus does any one know how much i be looking at for new peice of glass.

Patching is a stop gap, you should replace the glass. If you have never done this before, you may want to get someone else who has to do it for you, it is not as simple as it may appear.

As to how much, I have no idea where on the planet you are, so can't comment.

That is what? About a 120 liter? You will most likely find it easier and cheaper to replace the tank. Sorry
