Broken Heater - Juwel

hi,

i have a rio 125l tank and the heater has broken off at the bottom so all the insides have fallen out into the black plastic tube. any ideas how to get all of this out? it looked like there was some sort of white part in there!

Very carefully !!

I did the same with my Juwel tank during my first water change.

The plastic divider that the pump sits on can be removed for cleaning (sits in a grove), but be careful cause there ain't much room even with it be taken out. Try using a pump to get out the small bits and then for the bigger bits you can gingerly pick them out with tweezers or you fingers.
